OBJECTIVES
- Fun and laughter
- Unleash your hidden creativity in a supportive atmosphere
- Shift your life in a wonderful, profound way
- Make new friends (even with people you know)
WHAT EXACTLY?
Play again like you did when you were a kid. No need to try to be funny. No need to be a quick thinker. Just bring yourself (and your friends, too). The rest happens naturally with the games we get to play. Group games and games in pairs, there's never any pressure to perform—only the freedom of expression. And out of that process there's a high likelihood that laughter and joy will emerge with hidden gems for life and creativity. I know it sounds too good to be true. I was blown away, too, when I took my first class.ABOUT DR. ROBERT

WHAT OTHERS SAY
"I love improv with Robert. When you mess up in your job, you apologize with an anxious ‘I'll do better.’ When you mess up in improv, you celebrate with a joyful ‘Whoohoo!’ It is NOT about performance (although you will perform better). It IS about liberating play and minimizing convoluted thoughts. Improv gives me a high for the rest of the day." -Jeff"I heard about the Improv group and immediately got nervous—that twisting feeling in my stomach—and so I just ignored it and went on with my business and didn't think twice about it for many months until someone I started working with, who I really liked, said, ‘You should come to improv, it's really fun.’ That put it in a whole new light and so I decided to give it a try. Turns out the others who showed up that morning were very welcoming and didn't even need me to be funny and by the end we were all just laughing anyway. It was mind clearing and has been great for meeting people I wouldn't have otherwise." -Ben
